Disney+ Is Developing A New King Kong Show
King Kong is one of the most recognizable monsters in American cinema. First bursting on the screen in the 1933 film King Kong, the monster has delighted audiences ever since. Most recently the giant ape has become one of the leads in Legendary’s MonsterVerse where he duked it out with Godzilla for the first time since 1962.
Long Lost Godzooky Episodes Are Back
Saturday morning cartoons have been an American staple for many decades. So much so that Godzilla, himself, got in on the action in the late 1970s. Simply titled Godzilla, the series premiered in 1978 and ran for two seasons. Godzilla was an animated series from Hanna-Barbera, the creators of such shows as The Flintstones and Jonny Quest.
John Wick Director Developing Live-Action Project Nemesis Show
The Kaiju novel, Project Nemesis is finally receiving an adaptation. The beloved novel from Jeremy Robinson will be adapted into a live-action tv-series with John Wick director Chad Stahelski attached as series director. The series is in the very early stages right now and hasn’t been picked up by a network or streaming service, but fans of this novel already have plenty to be excited about.
Dan Stevens To Join The MonsterVerse
Production appears to be moving on the next entry of the MonsterVerse. After the success of Godzilla vs. Kong, it seemed inevitable that Legendary would move forward with a fifth movie. Adam Wingard, who directed Godzilla vs. Kong, is confirmed to be returning to the director’s chair for this film and now, none other than, Dan Stevens is attached to star.
The MonsterVerse Comes To Call Of Duty
A few weeks ago, the Kaiju community was alerted to a potential crossover with the free-to-play video game, Call of Duty: Warzone. The teaser featured three characters in World War II discovering a device that emitted the sound of the Orcha from Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
