Simply titled Godzilla, the series premiered in 1978 and ran for two seasons. Godzilla was an animated series from Hanna-Barbera, the creators of such shows as The Flintstones and Jonny Quest. The series has had a rough history and was basically buried in the annals of history for decades until Toho began releasing the first season on the official Godzilla YouTube channel. Now that all 13 episodes of the first season are uploaded, a trailer released has revealed the second season will begin on June 6th.

The teaser featured three characters in World War II discovering a device that emitted the sound of the Orcha from Godzilla: King of the Monsters. At the end of the teaser, a familiar roar could be heard. It wasn’t long before it was confirmed that Godzilla and Kong would be making an appearance in the upcoming season of Call of Duty: Warzone.
Read More“The apocalypse, it seems, was never canceled… only postponed”. So opens Cavan Scott and Nelson Dániel’s Pacific Rim: Blackout, the latest original graphic novel from Legendary Comics. Pacific Rim: Blackout follows Jaeger pilot Herc Hanson as he and other Jaeger pilots attempt to slow the spread of Kaiju in Australia. Things don’t look good, however, and fans of Pacific Rim: The Black will certainly recall how this story ends.

This time, it will follow a new scientist (Dr. Ben Strong played by Raymond Lee) and his team as they restart the Quantum Leap program and begin their own journey. Since the new series is billed as a sequel to the original, many fans were hopeful that it would finally give Sam Beckett the happy ending he was denied in the original show. But Dr. Beckett himself, Scott Bakula, took to Twitter to set the record straight.

He takes a question about the point of paleontology since there are two islands that hold real living dinosaurs. Grant responds to this young man by saying “what John Hammond and InGen did at Jurassic Park is create genetically engineered theme park monsters. Nothing more and nothing less.” This line would prove to be the entire thesis on which Jurassic World would be based. A thesis perfectly encapsulated by one dinosaur: Indominous Rex.
